Unpleasant odors are seriously prevented by keeping the relative humidity below 50% Rh. Sewage and water pumping stations can be controlled using a dehumidifier.
PRODUCT DRYING AND COOLING
Drying and cooling products require low relative humidity for a fast process operation. If the products that need to be dried are sensitive to high temperatures, low relative humidity can only be achieved with a dehumidifier. Dehumidification in the cooling process prevents condensation at low temperatures. The result is faster cooling and money savings.
The characteristics of electronic products change at high relative humidity.
Bacteria need moisture to live and multiply. Moisture required for bacterial growth is usually found in hygroscopic materials. By keeping the air in the room below 50% Rh relative humidity, the proliferation of most bacteria is prevented.
