Cleanroom Equipment
According to the EN ISO 14644-1 definitions, a “Clean Zone” is a dedicated space where airborne particle concentrations are controlled to minimize generation and retention inside the zone. In addition to particulates, parameters such as temperature, humidity, and pressure are also regulated within the zone. Cleanroom Fiber Filter Unit
The Fiber Filter Unit is designed for cleanroom applications requiring high hygiene standards. The frame and body are made of stainless steel, ensuring durability and compliance with hygienic standards. These units are manufactured for use in suction ducts in hygienic environments.
HEPA Filter Housing
APC Terminal Filter Housings are designed for both supply and exhaust airflows, ensuring high production quality and performance. The entire body is fully welded to ensure tightness and is factory tested according to relevant directives. Each model undergoes an integrity test in compliance with ISO 14644-3. Duct connections are customizable according to the application requirements.
FFU Fan Filter Unit
The Fan Filter Unit is a fundamental filter unit equipped with an EC-type motor that supplies clean, filtered air to a cleanroom. Process air is pushed through the fan, passes through a pre-filter, and finally through a HEPA filter, which removes sub-micron particles to ensure a clean and processed air supply. Utilizing FFUs to provide localized clean air is a more energy-efficient solution compared to traditional Air Handling Units (AHU) and is increasingly adopted in modern cleanroom designs.
LAF Laminar Flow Units
Laminar Flow Units, equipped with an EC-type motor, supply clean, filtered air to a cleanroom. Air is pushed through the fan, a pre-filter, and a HEPA filter to remove sub-micron particles, ensuring a clean air supply. FFUs offer a more energy-efficient alternative to traditional AHUs and are widely used in modern cleanroom designs.

Cleanroom BIBO Safe Change Filter Housing
APC SAFE for cleanroom wall applications is designed for the full protection of the cleanroom and the technical personnel. It can be controlled to ensure the sealing fits correctly in position after installation with the test groove. The particle injection module is designed for scanning the entire surface of the HEPA filter. The manometer set can be monitored with a controlled automation system. All surfaces can be cleaned with chemicals, and stainless-steel versions are also available.
