The FFU draws ambient air through a high-performance fan assembly, filtering it through two key stages:
Pre-Filter: Captures larger particulates to extend the life of the primary filter.
HEPA/ULPA Filter: Removes sub-micron contaminants with filtration grades ranging from H13 to U16, compliant with EN1822 standards.
This dual-stage process ensures consistent air purity that meets or exceeds cleanroom classifications from ISO 8 to ISO 1 and FED Class 100 to Class 1.
